(a) Flow rate for an injection flow rate of 10 mL/min, a pumping flow rate of 12 mL/min, and with degassing. (b) Flow rate for an injection flow rate of 15 mL/min and reduced degassing. The test condition of the injection flow rate being larger than the pumping flow rate is ideal to reduce degassing.
