(a) In the unmodified core tube (0.6 m), the temperature at the outlet fitting exceeded the usable temperature (515 ℃) of the fluorine grease. (b) In the improved core tube (0.8 m), the temperature can be reduced to room temperature by moving the outlet fitting away from the tubular furnace.
